No Obligation

Requesting a cash offer from Wrangler Homes creates no obligation on the part of either party. Specifically:

  • Buyer's Right: Wrangler Homes reserves the right to decline to make an offer, withdraw a preliminary offer, or adjust any offer amount prior to the execution of a formal written purchase agreement, for any reason or no reason at all.
  • No Agency Relationship: Submitting an inquiry does not create a real estate brokerage or agency relationship between you and Wrangler Homes. We are acting as a principal buyer, not as your agent or representative.
  • Independent Advice: We encourage all sellers to seek independent legal and financial advice before entering into any real estate transaction.

Important: We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed real estate attorney and/or financial advisor before signing any purchase agreement. Wrangler Homes representatives are not acting as your legal or financial advisors.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Wrangler Homes website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Wrangler Homes or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • The Wrangler Homes name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Wrangler Homes and may not be used without prior written permission
  • You may view, download, and print content from our website solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with evaluating our services
  • You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission

  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights

  • Any claim that your conduct caused damage to another person or entity

Wrangler Homes reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

Message frequency may vary depending on your inquiry and transaction status. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchasing, selling, or using Wrangler Homes LLC services.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  • Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
  • Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at sales@wranglerhomes.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any complaint or concern within 30 days.
  • Waiver of Class Action: Any disputes must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
  • Statute of Limitations: Any claim arising under these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary.
Modifications to Terms
